My name is Mike Sporer, and I’ve held many positions in my life. Mainly, I was CFO at CTC of Lackawanna County. I’ve run consulting businesses, and have developed many businesses and nonprofits in my career. I’m a person with a disability who works. That’s not easy these days when the incentives are to do otherwise. I’m a 25-year executive member of MyCil Center for Independent Living, one of the largest centers for independent living in the country.
I’ve developed a network of people and have built their websites and social media platforms into top performers.

For most of my career, I've studied continuous personal/process improvement. It’s not about doing more with less, it’s about personal development. Continuous personal/process improvement requires principled leadership. There are no shortcuts! Principles and values matter above all. My philosophy is that everyone can be a leader. More than that, everyone should be a leader.
