Vince, the Pizza Prince has been a staple in the southside area for 70 years. They began business in 1955 on Cedar Avenue, then later moved to their current location on Pittston Avenue.

Vince Cianfichi Jr. took over the pizzeria in 1994 from his dad. This is the second generation, family owned, and legacy business. The pizza and other products from the store haven’t changed since 1955.

I have known this family for my entire life. I could tell you many stories about Vince Sr. When I was young, it was always a big treat to get Vince’s, usually on a Friday evening. I always looked forward to seeing Vince. He was a real character! And his son, Vince Jr., is carrying on this legacy. Congratulations to Vince in keeping the business going and celebrating a 70th anniversary in 2025.
